You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Products that have been used will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Additional guidelines are also noted below.
Items that are not refundable:
- Items more than seven (7) days after delivery
- Refrigerated Items
- Items that have signs of use
- Damaged or Defective Items (If the original item is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect itemwas shipped, you may receive refund/credit for these items)
*If the package returns to us due to your absence, we discard the refrigerated or frozen food and any amount of refrigerated or frozen products will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item(s) is approved, we will then process the refund immediately. A credit will be applied to your credit card or other original methods of payment, within 5 or 7 business days.
If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the event of the cancellation, customers will receive full refunds. We will notify the customers immediately (using the contact information provided by the customer). We are, however, not obligated to obtain permission or acknowledgment prior to the cancellation.
